Yes, with WIT (or other online brokers offering IPO's) you get the IPO at the offering price, but usually get either 0 or 100 shares, since demand is so high.

With the CMGI Direct Share process, my guess is that you would get the # of shares that you qualify for at the offering price. Others on this thread are more qualified than me to answer that part of the question. I have not received my letter from CMGI yet.
