I have been reading this thread for a long time and did not quite know what to make of everything that was being posted particularly by truthseeker. I have been a long time holder of SHAL. I am not an insider just someone who was introduced to the stock at the $1.50 range. And have done very well with it.

However, I do know a great deal about a Canadian Company called Video headquarters who just announced today that they are doing business with Mr. Krause and companies. The management of Video headquarters (VHS) has an impressive track record. I have been in several of their video stores. In light of all the bad reports about SHAL on this thread significant due diligence was undertaken by the management of VHS. VHS undertook the due diligence and deemed that everything was on the up and up. For what it is worth, this is a bit of news that not many Americans would know about today because VHS is listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange, but I would expect that SHAL will post news tomorrow about this deal.

VHS announced today that they are starting a new service called themoviesource.com. This company is well financed and currently has I believe some thirty large video stores and is profitable.
