I don't use AOL but have had access to it while visiting in other areas, AOL currently does not have dial up access here yet. I have seen that AOL is far more user friendly for new dial up users and users who do not use computers a bulk of their day. I think that a bulk of us here have a significant advantage, having a higher education and being extremely computer literate so that it is easy for us to miss the basic point that AOL is easy to use, and user friendly, the rapid growth of AOL, and the seventeen million users points that out. AOL has continued to rapidly grow and develop new users, at a far greater rate than any other ISP. With their model and their outlook towards the future, I am sure a bulk of their users will be able to grow with them.
