Gee didn't perrcari say he never wrote a PR for NCDR. Seems like someone else says otherwise. Anyway, what I found to be one line from dunavants email that was certainly honest and truthful

I have told everyone there is two different business here one selling stock

Maybe that's why the SEC halted them, because all they were doing was selling stock
