Your AM post was not missed. It was a non-event!

"Subsidiary (adj.): serving to aid or supplement; auxilliary."

Collins Oxford English Dictionary (1985 edition).

It seems that under the definition of the word, both FNet and FCM are subsidiaries of one another, depending on the point of view.

Your first link was to an FCM press release.
Your second link was to a FNet press release.

Both are correct in saying that the other is a subsidiary. No confusion, no grey area, no questions, no problem, non-event!!!

Aside from all this semantic crap, who cares?
Can we move on now?
