Joseph...Your criticism of analysts is well founded in many cases, but not in this one. Biggs, while not a technologist, is a *very* keen observer of the global business and investment scene. He's been around for decades and is top dog at Morgan Stanley.

Is he right about a technology bear market? Maybe yes, maybe no, but we would be foolish as investors to dismiss the possibility. I, for one, believe that there is a fundamental cyclicality to all markets and that technology is not immune. Is this the beginning of the bear market? Time will tell.
