i haven't had too many problems myself, HOWEVER, their customer service IS undeniably poor. they are not hiring people as fast as they are growing. it's too bad they are shortchanging investors by scrimping.

the trades have been good for me. yesterday i put in a limit order for EMC at 55 3/4 and it was filled at 55 1/2. that's 1/4 point difference.
