Doug, I'm starting to see that there is in fact a massive conspiracy among the major governments to maintain a low POG. But what about it? Is there anything illegal about a series of sovereign governments getting together and deciding to keep the POG low? I think not. What law are they breaking? Who is going to punish them? In other words, it's a massive LEGAL conspiracy, not illegal.
