I believe Compuserves move to providing content via the internet is a joke. Why would someone want to pay internet service fees PLUS compuserves service fees? They should model themselves after AOL who provide both a online service and an ISP service.(AOL is the parent company of GNN-Glogal Network Navigator) ISP service is for the computer-literate person who doesn't mind spending extra time surfing the web for free services (which are slowly turning into pay services)that AOL already provides. The ISP users have to deal with extra passswords and usernames which, can be overwhelming. I believe AOL will continue to be the head of the online players.
