Jeff: I rely mainly on charts, but sometimes I look into business prospect too. What I see is that ALYD is in a low risk area. I compare its chart to the charts in the same sector. Its relative strength is better than most of them. The most attractive sign is that it is bottoming and NOT topping out. Common sense tells me that the next move will more than likely be up and NOT down, especially it is backed up by half decent business prospect. Hence I am buying at this juncture. (I am only a small player because I've spent most of my capital in a Y2K startup).

Question: You mentioned that insiders selling was over. So why are you watching for 144 filings?
