RED DEER, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1999--Trevor M. Hillman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Video Headquarters Inc. (ASE:VHS) announced today the formation of TheMovieSource.Com Corp., a Nevada Corporation, to engage in the e-commerce sale and distribution of filmed entertainment and music.

Responding to consumer demands for Internet availability of movies and music, the Company has formed its subsidiary to provide the cheapest and best source for over 60,000 filmed entertainment and top-selling music titles. TheMovieSource.com is headquartered in Marina del Rey, CA with operation and distribution centers located in Mississauga Ontario, Calgary Alberta, and Wilmington OH.

The website, located at themoviesource.com, will be the world's premiere website for low-priced new and previously viewed Video and DVD products.
