Hi Clint,

I am not talking about just ~2% annually.

it is just 2% for people who already own a house. But for others it is a different story. If one can tolerate 20% hike in home value in 6 months or 10% hike in house rent. As an asset owner (house or stocks) this is one heck of a market.
