I currently have no position in E*Trade, but I have been long. I also have an account there. They are starting to have really bad problems with site responsiveness. And it's pretty pathetic because I'm generally logging in at 10 pm, not even during trading hours. I also have a Discover Brokerage account and it's always very responsive with no problems whatsoever. Just thought some of you current investors might appreciate a customer perspective.
