Westmoreland, the Fed will raise the rate by 25 basis points. However, at the last Fed meeting, the Fed went from a neutral stance to a tightening bias. If they don't announce that they are returning to a neutral bias it means that they are continuing with the tightening bias, and we can expect further increases.
