About a third of their revenue comes from Y2K and it should dry up by this November. However, they were doing great before Y2K and the Y2K opportunity only helped them to get a shoe in in many companies. So I'd say they are in much better position now than they were 3 years ago, yet you are buying them for about the same price. I call this a bargain. Sun Tzu
