Please reread my last post as I edited it after you responded. as far as questions I have a couple if you don't mind. Are harrasing PM's that will not cease even after the sender has been warned numerous times to stop actionable? Do you think a judge in a civil case would take kindly to an attorney threatening to sue some one just because as he says, it won't cost him a dime? Do you think the judge might classsify such a case as frivelous? Although I have my own legal team but I am interested in your opinion here, in public, for all eyeS To sEe eVEn tHOSe That I find appalling.
