Here's a list of the people named in Dunavant's email.

Arthur Percarrie -
he wrote the first press release, according to Dunavant. Let's see. Who could that be? Maybe a phonetic spelling of the peeing-n-peeping pornographer? Nah, couldn't be. Porco denied having written a news release for NCDR. He wouldn't lie, would he?

Don -
might be Don Silver, the guy whose name appears at the bottom of the news releases. Seems to run a tiny PR office in Florida, which he grandly calls "Boardroom Communications". His name doesn't appear on very many news releases.

Shawki Roda -
Somebody at Baraka Intracom, according to AltaVista
altavista.com

Tom Hess -
seems to be somebody in the company.

Lenny Bloom -
He signed Corsaire's NT-10k earlier this year. Some info from another company's filing:
LEONARD H. BLOOM , ESQ., SHAPO, FREEDMAN & BLOOM, P.A., 200 SOUTH BISCAYNE BLVD., SUITE 4750 MIAMI, FLORIDA 33131

Here's a list of filings with Lenny's name:

Here are some charts of the stocks for the companies he's involved with. Looks like NCDR had the biggest market cap going into the halt:
