I had taken the bookmark off of the FCM thread. However, Tonight, as I checked the "hot threads" link, to my surprise I found the FCM thread as one of the most popular ones....
So I thought... hmm they must have announced earnings or something really important or whatever....
Only to find an enhanced version of the old Circus of the Absurd...
In fact... I would suggest to you all, that you merge this thread and the one in the Raving [maniac] Bull and you register:
The Church of Franklinstein
I mean you have the cult already, and the evil demons too.... all you need to do is pick up "short sticks" to select the Sacred Priests, the Bishops, Grand Wizards, etc. amongst the venerable old farts of the "Dirty Dozen".
Just rename them as the Franklinstein Apostles
Everyone else would be the brothers and sisters of the Translakevillage Abbey.... A virtual House of Horror....
Imagine all the advantages, Church meetings, travel, all expenses... they would become Tax Deductible...
You would get to talk about your baby Monster FNeTkula, the Internet Iponightmare.
And you would select your favorite most foaming lunatic poster every week and make him "Count for the Week" The Igornet pet of Franklinstein.
And if you don't like a particular poster... well hell, you put him in the virtual plaza of Translakevillage, and give him/her the virtual-stoning for his/her heretical comments...

I hereby rename the Franklin Thread, formerly known as:
