Has the company or the Bankruptcy Court scheduled an event for Friday, July 16th that only you alone know about? And, if 23 days from now, BOSTQ does announce that the common holders will get "nothing" for their shares, than it will be very interesting to hear your explanation of why you engaged in the dissemination of insider information. News such as that in your possession, would have to be classified as knowledge of a "material event". I admit it doesn't look great for the home team, but many companies have left bankruptcy with their common intact - it just depends on the deal. Not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying ... we shall see what we shall see ...
