First of all, this patent announcement is a non-event. It
was long awaited. Second, The compound is not even in phase I
of the clinical studies. therefore you wont see a product
for 4-5 years from now. (this is about the mean of a clinical
cicle). BTW only about every 5000th compound which enters the clinic makes it to the shelves so don't be to optimistic about this.
In the meantime there are some other firm which are far more
advanced for an oral osteoporosis product.
