Before toast in the morning, consider the similarities between this promotion and the Starfield fiasco. A better class of citizens? But what else? Look at the exploration program. Not new? A redrill of the known? This one smells of metallurgical problems.

If this were economic in 1980 why wasn't it developed? Don't tell me the Shining Path was the reason.
