Hi Indio,

au contraire, mon ami. The Xcom purchased is paying off in spades. You see you may have the notion that every little bit of IP (Intellectual Property)ought to have a price tag on it. Jim Crowe does not see it this way. If you listened to yesterday's CC you heard Jim say that L3 is a service company. Let me paraphrase this in the style of a country boy. "Aw, shucks, we is jess gonna provide a service, ya know, jess like yer ol tellyfone but a bit betta. We doan no much bout this a here Intylektwel Propertie stuff but we figure its all in dem bits, anywho."

And of course how you sort them out, which is what the xcom crowd has been feverishly doing for the last 12 months with the Bell Lab boiz.
Do you think for a second think that when Telcordia and the xcom crowd suggest MGCP to the IETF that Jerry Butters and the smart boiz at LuLU aren't paying strict attention? If you do, I've got a bridge I'd like to sell you.

OT: Nacchio is engaged in anatomy confusion at present.
