I trade actively and have used Waterhouse for 4 years. I find their service excellent. They fill orders fast and often in my favor. I rarely
use WebBroker. It is a little slow getting on the site but the problem
may be my computer. I don't know. I use their
other online service, Personal Access for Windows. I get them
on the phone quickly and they are very helpful .
