djane, This article is a load of crap. CSCO leads the planet in opposing open systems. Every group in the IETF has CSCO's proprietary proposals clogging up the works. This guy is definitely a J.C. disciple. Fortunately, its' customers know this. Can you (or anyone) believe this statement? "All of the indicators I look at, having done 34 acquisitions myself, are what we would expect of a large, bi-coastal, bad-cultural- fit acquisition." LU and ASND are a great fit.
