Joe- I understand that Dr. Schmidt was in fact the third choice. If some new 'dynamite' products can be developed and delivered in 18 months AFTER the reorganization, CEO Schmidt is a better choice for NOVELL in the long (LONG) run. What do you think about moving homebase to Silicon Valley where all the action is? I think it would put the company a lot closer to more company alliances and joint product deals and CEO Schmidt has a lot of ties here in San Jose (also vice chairman Young). EKS
