I periodically talk to Ron, and I still say there is more potential here than before he came on board, and since he acquired Trinity and Southland I'd say its a totally different company. In terms of what's going on, they are working hard to clean up Trinity and Southland, and stopping the cash drain with the old nursing homes. Of the three, I'd say that Southland has the most potential, and the nursing homes the least, especially with the new Medicare laws that took effect in January. He hired John Nuveen Co. to help out by trying to restructure the companies debt, and thus lower the cost of borrowing.

Will he succeed? I have no way of knowing, but I'd be surprised and very disappointed if he doesn't. He seems more competent to me than other CEO's of small companies that I have talked to, but then again, none of them were successful.
