4Front Technologies, Inc. Enters Into European Training Partnership With Vignette
- Partnership Expands 4Front's E-Commerce Consulting and Training Capabilities -
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 1999-- 4Front Technologies, Inc. (''4Front'') (Nasdaq NM/Easdaq: FFTI) today announced that its training and education services arm, Penagen Training, has entered into a pan-European training partnership with Vignette Corporation, the leading US Internet-commerce software and service company. 4Front's training partnership with Vignette will initially commence in the UK and then will be expanded to its operations in Continental Europe. 4Front has a strong IT presence in the markets of the UK, France, Italy and Belgium and is aiming to establish a presence in the remaining leading European IT service markets by the end of the year.
4Front acquired Penagen Training in October last year.It has been one of 4Front's fastest growing business areas, as revenues for Penagen have already more than doubled since the acquisition.
