First off, I did not intend to suggest that management was dishonest. It is MY opinion (not someone else's) that they have made a lot of choices (decisions) which proved not to be in the shareholders' best interests. The public record more than adequately demonstrates that. And I wasn't really trying to make a big deal of the SEC inquiry. You're right, that happens to companies all the time. I was merely pointing out that it was yet another in a long string of "unfortunate" events to have plagued this poor company.

And, I am more than willing to admit that some progress seems to have been made the past six months or so. But just think where the company might be today if it had not screwed up so often in the past. And, just TRY to convince me that management has not given false hope with several of its statements in the past about "marines to the rescue,"
and, particularly the sort of post by Joe Murphy exemplified by his post #4117, and others.

I believe that, having been burned by convertible preferreds once, that management should have known better than to have issued them again. Shucks, even hind sight didn't seem to work that time.

Anyway, I've said it before, and I still mean it. I do wish the best of luck to those still invested. I hope you all make out like bandits and can retire in peace and great prosperity.
