With this spate of consolidation going on, ELNK, MSPG, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if JUNO, in the not too distant future, would be considered a takeover candidate!!

Sure, they just went public, but this industry is now in PHASE II (starting to separate the have's (earnings) and have nots (no earnings, just prayers...).

Just like Compuserve and other smaller struggling ISP networks, Juno could merge or be taken out by Prodigy, or even AOL, if it got to a size where it was feasible and reasonable to do so.

Their adverts are sharp, BTW. However I'd like to see it go from 6 million free users to 6 million paying ones. Right now, they only have 200K of paying users.

I guess (and they hope) that would jump pretty substantially with these marketing spots. Some (most?) of our IPO money will be going to fund that barrage of marketing.

The stock action has been good, and there are just enough traders and investors to make this move more "formulated" than "rocket and tank".

Maybe this is a new base forming here in the high teens, and we can move up from there.
