Khris- I pretty well new the answer. Just needed it in writing and current to persue some reliefe from these folks. Today I wrote an email to Mr. Yang Jiangang Chairman of the Board. I explained to him how this is viewed. Lack of trust may well be the # problem in getting this stock price to represent the value of earnings, sector, etc. This lack of trust was earned. Chrb may be no better in the future than it was in the past. No insider is going to spend his $ on a stock that is going to bring financial ruin to any who invest. He is now aware of the situation for sure. How the chrb board and officers react will be their choice and definately something current and future stockholders should consider. I don't like to see any company hand out poverty to its supporters. $1 on 1-2-96 would give a shareholder .04 cents today. At this time I believe the best support I can give chrb is some good advice. Get some insider participation. Tony
