| WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--The Arctic Group Inc. announced today that the Company has completed the acquisition of all the related assets of Marshall, Minnesota-based ice producer and distributor, Diamond Clear Ice.
 
 Diamond Clear Ice has a production facility in Marshall, Minnesota and distribution facilities in Sioux Falls and Aberdeen,
 South Dakota and St. Cloud and Barnesville, Minnesota. The company has annual sales of $4,000,000 CDN and services
 approximately 1500 accounts in Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota and Iowa.
