hey guys, i couldn't help but notice a feature on the national last night stating that good ol' ontario hydro was ramping up its old coal furnaced power plants to meet demands imposed by nuclear (power plant) decommissioning. ouch. this following, uh, what, some eight days of smog alerts in the 'golden triangle'(don't quote me on that period please, i live out west). something seriously wrong with this picture, if only they had sponsored a winning technology like sofcs. think of the accrued savings those ontarian's would have benefited from, not to mention all the headaches and costs yet incurred from decommissioning.
