i was actually going at it from a different angle...what i was thinking was maybe MRVC is more interested in keeping these companies separate for a reason. ok, how about not selling the component division? how about they keep it (possibly with a new focus of what it's worth) and spin off the other 3? hmmmm... now there's an option. Do you think the IPO's of New Acces & Charlotte's Web would fetch much in this market? greg
