TORONTO, Jun 24, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- MGISoftware Corp.(TSE:MGI.) MGI Software Corp. today announced The Learning Company, a division of Mattel, Inc. (NYSE:MAT), has signed a multi-year software development and licensing agreement to include MGI's award-winning imaging technology in The Learning Company's existing and future products. MGI's imaging technology lies at the core of its award winning PhotoSuite II product; the world's most popular PC and Internet photography package. No other terms weredisclosed.
