well, it's just that the NETs have jumped up so quickly.. that I'm thinking alot of people will be ready to sell on any hint of bad news.. (ie: interest rates)... if they do fall back.. it will be short lived and I'll be buying them all up... it's a risk I'm taking... if they keep on chuggin up.. I'll just buy them back higher... jim
