The earnings for 95 were reported late. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think 10-k reports must be submitted within 90 days of the end of the fiscal year. The '95 report was released May 9th. If the 10-q is due out within 45 days of the end of the quarter, they indeed do wait til the last minute (within a couple of days).

Earnings don't have the bearing here as they do on a proven performer. The concern would be changing the expected time of the announcement. This would have more to do with the presumed level of integrity than anything else. For all intents and purposes, this is a new company with a new product and new management. The track record begins with the announcement of the first major contract. This had better be soon. With the marketing channels of Oracle, it should be assumed to be soon. Unfortunately, the overall market is against us now.

If technical indicators carry any weight here, after the 3.47 support, the next is 2.63. Hopefully this one will hold.

I posted notes to people at Oracle today as well as to some folks at Sedona (can't remember names but have them recorded). I've got some questions about the suitability of this technology for BOTH UNIX and NT. I'll let you know what I come up with..if anything. I don't have the success Mike has when trying to get info (thanks Mike).
