Yes Ohmeda is a legitimate medical products firm. In contrast, there is no such presence or history for CCSI. Taking others comments in review of the 8-K and knowing medical device salesmen sell what moves, I am adjusting my thinking to the next quarter will prove the merit of the claimed CCSI device. This is an adjustment downward from up to 3 quarters out.

The Ohmeda agreement will put final illumination on CCSI financials, something CCSI's 'management' has evaded perpetually. For short sellers of the same thinking, this could be interpreted as one of the best times to short CCSI.

The last time I was short was when I unwittingly shorted not knowing a Dreyfus fund manager had taken a number of bizarre measures over 18 months if I recall, having the effect of there appearing to be buying of the stock (if I recall he put around $20M into the stock, an outlandish portion of the funds entrusted to him). If I were his manager I would have summarily fired him for cause and vigorously sought prosecution in defense of Dreyfus' name. I was very surprised when that was not done. My opinion of Dreyfus has gone from positive to cautiously avoid them for tolerating such conduct. CCSI stock price collapsed after that conduct was revealed.

I think history will repeat itself. CCSI is worth cash on hand less liabilities. That is best approximated by zero in my opinion. What CCSI may have now, I do not believe they will hold, but that it too will be dissipated.
