Les, Macedonia and Montenegro are next! It appears that Clinton is trying to get the Montenegran President to break away from Yugoslavia. This is sure to trigger yet another civil war. It also appears that the surge of refugees into Macedonia has created a power sweep that is now heading toward civil war. Ya got to love Bill Clinton's Balkan policy, start civil wars all over the place, blame the Serbs, bomb the Serbs, send in "peacekeepers" and then declare victory. This guy is going to win the Nobel Peace Prize for sure! -John
