Positive Gaming Results

The Company is pleased to announce that it concluded a very
successful June 20 weekend for both its casino and sportsbook
business.

"Our holdback or win percentages for casino gaming was 33%
for June 20, 1999 and 12% for June 21, 1999 for a combined
total of 17.8%. The net winnings to the company for the
sportsbook betting for the same time period were 30%. These
are exceptionally attractive win rates for the company and we are
also seeing an increase in the number of betters over the same

The full financial performance of the business will be reported at

been completed; -- The name change has been filed in the State
of Nevada and has
