Jens, appreciated the info. I knew that placement services used to be(are?) the darlings of wall street. Another question for Forest. Is the listing of 133 jobs on the monster site a low figure? I realize the number varies daily, but do you know what a successful firm usually lists? I would assume that the jobs listed with a yearly salary would be permanent. Thanks once again for the input. Terry
