Self- reporting is notoriously difficult. For example, I know a fellow who thinks that he is conservative, but when you probe beneath the surface, it turns out that he is a moderate Democrat in a social milieu that tends to be social democratic. Consider the discrepancy: wouldn't people who are "quite racist" or "very racist" be anti- immigrant, like Le Pen? And yet, the number of people who are anti- immigrant is much lower than the number of people who "admit to racism". Additionally, anti- immigrant sentiment may have less to do with racism than with a scramble for jobs. Therefore, I would not be impressed with the results of one poll...Why do you continue to make unfounded insinuations against MNI? Oh, sorry, that is just your "way".... |
