I just do not understand how $18.00 bbl oil translates into the current OSX stock prices. My FLC was over $10.00 a share the last time we saw $18.00 oil.

Internet/Tech Stocks: High multiples for possible high earnings 3 - 5 years in the future. No earnings!! Can't keep the stocks down...

OSX Stocks: Very low multiples for possible high earnings next year (based on $18.00 and higher oil). Most are making money!! No earnings momentum this quarter, so sell um off. Does the street believe were going to back to $10.00 oil?

Why is the market being so short sighted? Well, I read it earlier on the thread that the short term noise should be ignored. Guess I'll ignore and wait til next quarter.
