RESEARCH ALERT - CheckFree <CKFR.O> upgraded NEW YORK, June 24 (Reuters) - Deutsche Banc Securities said Thursday it had upgraded its rating for electronic billing company CheckFree Holdings Corp. to strong buy from buy. Further details were not immediately available. CheckFree's stock was up 2-3/8 at 31-1/8 at the market's open. Earlier in the day, it said it would withdraw a stock offering because its share price had fallen 24 percent on Wednesday on news that three major banks would together form a company to compete in the electronic billing business.
