The timing and coherence issues with these press releases simply indicate that they are not products of a "slick" operation which would be expected if manipulation were going on. Lev's objective was to release news in time to set the backdrop for the CC. No head games, just some lawyers and fumbling writers trying to make a deadline. The real priorities are in the lab and on the factory floor.
