Rioport to spin off! According to Watkins on CNBC today, DIMD's spinning off RioPort. Still part of S3/Dimd deal. re: Sony/Rio, that's a scary but interesting thought. Considering the value I think was placed on MP3.com, this look's like an attractive candidate for a bidding war. What happens if Sony puts Inut valuation on Rio? Sure is interesting, though.
