You're right. It's too late to get more shares that would be eligible. Everyone who participates in the IPO will have to be a qualified investor. That means if you haven't reviewed your profile at your broker, now might be a good time to do so. You need to have "speculation" as one of your investment goals, and at least "good" investment experience. SFE will have their hands full trying to insure compliance.
