Regrettably the situation is grim. Just spoke to Paul Henry before he was going into a meeting with the attorneys. I got in a quick question as to whether they had taken any steps to stop the price erosion due to the PP conversion. He said "no". He also implied he thought shorting was going on as well. He was polite and promised to call me back, but I am shocked at this late date that they seem to not know what to do to stop the price erosion. While I made a few thousand on this stock earlier, I am sure there are lots of shareholders who lost a bundle and still are remaining loyal. My favorite scenario now is for the SEC to get involved. This is one of the biggest messes I have seen in a long time. I hope all who did anything illegal are dealt with severely. PS-- I have been gone and busy with other matters, so if anyone has any good news or updates, I would appreciate hearing it.
