At least we know that the stock is worth at least $9.50 share. This is the silver lining to the crummy recent warning rept that was put out today. Intel is no dummy... odds are they are in at the bottom, and odds are that they might take SMSC out, but I don't know why...unless they are so flush with cash that they don't have any better prospects. No matter what, this looks good for SMSC.
