Market Guide is not up to date. I looked up CDTI on the Market Guide snapshot. yahoo.marketguide.com The page says it was last updated June 19, 1999 but Market Guide does not reflect the May 14 10q filing. I guess Market Guide does not really do an up to date job on such small companies. No mention on the Market Guide page that there is a "going concern" issue and the company must raise more money by Sept 99 to stay in business. Of course, the company's press release in May when it reported its first quarter earnings did not mention that they need to raise money to keep going past September. The stock is quoted at just under $1 per share.
