The news of insider buying bodes well for the long-term health of ABTX. However, I would not read any short-term events into the insider buying (quarterly earnings, biotech announcement, buyout, ect.) Insiders generally buy for the long-term and it can be very hazardous to venture that they are buying because some good event is about to occur (such as good quarterly earnings). I still believe that ABTX's recovery will be a long and gradual one. I added to my long-term position this week and will ride out the inevitable bumps that remain in the road.
